For those interested in organizing and leading any Boston Chapter trips and events. Qualifies participants to co-lead trips for Hiking/Backpacking, Intro, Bike, Ski, Young Members, Forty +, Paddling trips and other committees. Trip planning and trip organization, safety, leadership styles, and group dynamics. Role plays and group situations emphasize experimental learning and decision making skills. Open to all AMC members with preference given to active AMC trip participants.

Two evening sessions (Wednesday, March 26 and Wednesday, April 2, 6:45-9:30pm) at AMC, 4 Joy St., Boston, MA. One weekend (April 11-13) at nearby location.
